This cemetery is also famous for its stunning art and architecture. Heading west form your front door you enter Le Marais where you will find famous Paris cultural sites such as the Place des Vosges, Musée Picasso, Musée Carnavalet, Archives Nationales, Musée Cognac Jay and the Swedish Cultural Institute. Ten minutes further and you can be enjoying Hotel de Ville, the Pompidou Center, the Bastille Opera, the Seine River, Notre-Dame and Hotel de Sully.
