The décor is muted, restful and dotted with attractive art works whilst the floors are simply wooden. Make yourself at home and relax on the comfortable double bed from where you can enjoy the flat screen TV also provided.
The apartment also includes its own private bathroom fitted with a bath, hand basin and toilet.
The apartment can be found on the southern bank of the beautiful River Seine in the Latin Quarter of the city. It sits alongside the pretty Jardin Les Plantes, indeed directly opposite the city’s Natural History Museum. The area takes its famous name from the language once uttered by students and professors of the Sorbonne which lies just a short walk away to the west. The neighbourhood attracts creative folk and also remains popular with students today speaking all number of international languages.
The botanical gardens, Jardin des Plantes, on your doorstep dates back to the 1600s and is home to a collection of impressive and informative museums examining evolution, palaeontology, entomology and natural history.
Cross over the River Seine at Quai Saint-Bernard and wander around the two naturally formed islands called Ile Saint Louis and Ile de la Cite. The magnificent gothic architectural masterpiece Notre Dame is located on the latter.
A fun way to see the city and the iconic Eiffel Tower from a new vantage point is via one of Paris’ many leisure cruisers. It’s also a great way to cool down on a warm summer’s day.
